Grown on the steep slopes of Quindio, Colombia, El Eden comes from small family farms across one of the country’s most celebrated coffee growing regions. Located within the Cordillera Central of the Andes, the farms benefit from the region’s unique climate and growing conditions which help to produce coffees with exceptional clarity and character.
Sourced from ten farms across Quindio, the coffee is carefully processed at a local dry mill facility managed by local farm owner Hernan Israel Ocendo Usman in Armenia, the region’s capital. This washed coffee combines Caturra and Castillo varieties, with Caturra bringing bright citrus and floral notes, while Castillo adds layers of fruit, nuts and cocoa. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with vibrant fruit sweetness, a silky body and a smooth dark chocolate finish.
