Grown in the Limu district of Ethiopia’s Oromia region, this coffee is produced by around 560 smallholder farmers working across the highlands of Ethopian. Ethiopian coffees are known for their incredible diversity of flavour, with each growing region offering its own unique character shaped by the landscape, climate and traditional farming methods.
This washed coffee is carefully processed at local washing stations, where ripe cherries are selected, fermented and dried on raised beds to preserve clarity and sweetness. Made from heirloom varieties, Ethiopian Limu delivers a beautifully clean cup with bright citrus notes, floral aromas and delicate stone fruit sweetness.
