Ethiopia is widely recognised as the birthplace of Arabica coffee, with the plant growing naturally across the country’s highland regions for centuries. Yirgacheffe is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee origins, known for its delicate floral character, tea like qualities and complex fruit notes.
This washed coffee is produced from heirloom varieties grown by smallholder farmers in the Yirgacheffe region. Careful processing and drying preserve the coffee’s natural clarity to create a beautifully balanced cup with floral aromas, citrus sweetness and layers of fruit, complemented by a subtle dark chocolate finish.
