The Rancilio Classe 9 is a single-boiler commercial espresso machine designed for cafés, restaurants and high-volume hospitality environments. Steady Brew (SB) technology provides stable brewing temperatures, with T-Switch allowing the extraction temperature to be adjusted for each group. Semi-automatic dosing gives baristas direct control over each extraction.
It has a clean, contemporary design with practical features for busy service, including C-Lever steam controls, cool-touch steam wands, ergonomic portafilters and a soft-touch keypad. LED and RGB lighting provide clear visibility around the working area and the Easy Clean system simplifies routine maintenance
